Years of programming experience have given Petro the ability to sense coming trends and fads. Ruby on Rails, Python and Turbogears.. Petro has seen them coming for years. Petro also brings strong sense of direction and leadership to Tanrei in addition to having a keen eye for the details. Petro specialises in database management and server side scripting, but beneath the surface lurks a true leader in disguise; always willing to ensure that quality is assured and deadlines are met. Thomas Wisniewski
Thomas has been analogous to an Internet front-line soldier for years. Very few details miss his trained eye, and Thomas brings years of experience in project management to Tanrei software. From project inception to UML diagramming to coding and testing, Thomas understands the need for such things as HCI, marketing, and proper standards. A veteran programmer, Thomas has learned how to best translate client requirements into projects that are not only feasible, but also extensible and interoperable. [weblog]
